all in all good value. we had the triple room which was brand-new. the staff were extremely friendly and amicable and gave us good recommendations. the location was great and brilliant, in a taxi that drove us about 15 minutes outside of town and the interior design was interesting. it was 2 km from giraffe stop, offering quick-service food.

All was pleasant. Price parity, месторосположения and qualities of service the excellent. From eight мароканских hotels in different parts of the country this unpretentious отельчик has left pleasant impressions.

The location was excellent. In the summer months, this place could be okay.
Whilst the location of this hotel is excellent - it is right on the foothills of the dunes, this does not make up for the poor service and poor state of this hotel. We booked for 90 euro for a double room for 1 night. Very overpriced so we negotiated a price reduction. Impossible to tell who is staff and who are touts. Hotel does not have wifi all over the hotel. Very, very cold in the hotel with inadequate heating and dirty.

Breakfast was splendid, and the view on the sanddunes were magnificent. The swimmingpool was very nice.
The staff was not very friendly, and the airconditioning went out all the time, but maybe that is inevitable in the desert.

Location close enough to the desert for day two, Merzouga in the 6am Supratours bus, and Erg Chebbi dunes. Central heating and a work desk available in the a double room.

The hotel is placed directly to the dessert. Very very nice. Stay in a room with dessert view. The hotel guide Mhamed is very friendly. Good desert atsmosphere.
When we came to the hotel the reception staff say that our reservation dates was changed to another dates, so we could'nt have the balcony suite. Instead we have towersuite without balcony. The hotel os very very used and we don't have hot water on our room when we stayed there in 2 nights. The pool water don't look clean. The breakfast was a little poor.

Loved Merzouga, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and pretty in a taxi that drove us about 15 minutes outside of town. Everyone was affable. It was a traditional building, the rooms were nicely furnished and brand-new...
